FlowTrans sells one-time minute packs for a digital service. Payments are made via Ko-fi (PayPal). This page explains how refund requests are handled.
Every new account includes free trial minutes so you can evaluate the service before purchasing. Free minutes are not refundable or exchangeable.
Because minutes are digital goods delivered immediately, completed purchases are generally not refundable. That said, we review every request individually — if something went wrong, contact us and we will work it out with you.
Please reach out within 14 days of purchase if: minutes were not credited after a successful payment, you were charged more than once for the same order, or a service fault prevents you from using your purchased minutes.
Email support@11aa.site with your account email and order details. We typically respond within 3 business days.
Approved refunds are returned via your original payment channel. Processing time depends on the payment provider.
